Hgo website redesign

UI/UX | BRANDING

Aiming to create a better experience for their audience, donors, and artists, the Houston grand opera pushed forward a full redesign. Leading this project involved creating wireframes, prototyping, and exploring creative looks that provided a dymanic yet user friendly viewing experience. The key obstacles in this process were regarding the functionality. The opera experience begins way before purchasing a ticket and goes way past the closing scene. To have each stage of this process easily accessible and digestible, the site required multiple rounds of prototyping and testing to make sure all audiences were able to get the info they needed in the fastest time possible.

Leading this process also involved leading the transition to figma at the agency. Figma played a huge part in producing high quality prototypes for our clients and testing audience before handing the files off to the development team. This process through all the obstacles led to a successful and beautiful site that is ever-growing and ever-evolving.

Creative scraps

WEB DESIGN | UI/UX

The creative process for any project is a lengthy and crazy one. Through each step of the way new creative and new ideas are brought to the table. Not every one of those ideas get chosen, but that doesn’t make the creative any less great or impressive. Through this process I was able to produce designs I am beyond proud of. Each design shows emotion and beauty and those should never be forgotten.
